Spring Chukar Challenge
The date of the Allegheny Bird Dog Club Spring Chukar Challenge is now set!
Use the the scheduler below the calendar under the “Events” tab to choose an available spot.
Choose a type of Run (Puppies, Singles, or Teams)
Single Runs $95 (4 birds, 1 shooter, 1 dog)
Doubles $135 (6 birds 2 shooters, 1 dog)
Puppies $75 (3 birds, 1shooter, 1 dog)
Choose the time slot of your choice from the available options on the scheduler.
Follow the prompts. You must pay for your registration for your time slot to be reserved. Payment is through card or PayPal.
Runs will be scored based upon flushing or pointing standards, depending on the dog conducting the run.
If you choose, you may run the same dog/hunter in two runs of a category. For example, two single runs. Highest score will count.
Arrive at least a half hour before your run; we prefer 45 minutes to an hour prior to your run.
Female dogs in heat will run last regardless of time reserved.
We reserve the right to move your time slot depending on demand and needs and will confer with you to find an acceptable alternative time.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three dogs in each type of run (singles, team, puppies) and flushing and pointing divisions.
Food and beverages will be provided free of charge, donations accepted.

Autumn Chukar Challenge

April Meeting/Challenge Prep
Our final meeting before the April Chukar Challenge. We will have a meeting and a work day to prepare for the chukar challenge the following weekend.
Monthly Meeting
March meeting is set for the 11th at 6:30 at the cabin. The chief goal of the meeting will be to finalize planning and preparation for the upcoming Chukar Challenge on April 12th.
